CarePartners Initiative
CarePartners Initiative was founded in 2019 to help Sonoma Valley families cope with dementia and other symptoms of memory loss.
To that end, we are building a CarePartners Community in Sonoma Valley to share information, activities and educational events that can improve quality of life for caregivers and care receivers alike.

Groups meet every other Tuesday from 10:30 to 12:00pm.
This support group is for caregivers coping with a family or friend with any type of medical or cognitive condition.
